The Role: E‑commerce Insights Analyst

This is a hands‑on, technical data role that exists to extract and analyse raw performance data to impact revenue performance. The role contributes to the business by identifying underperforming deals and providing data‑backed recommendations for price changes, repositioning, and exposure. The main focus areas include deal‑level performance analysis, website optimisation, and competitor benchmarking.
