E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Coordinate with warehouse team and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Check packing accuracy, product quality, and shipping details before dispatch
• Monitor delivery status, handle returns and exchanges, and liaise with logistics partners
• Perform regular stock take and maintain accurate inventory records
• Report low stock levels and assist in restocking coordination
• Support customer service team with fulfilment-related issues
• Ensure fulfilment process is efficient, accurate, and customer-focused
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order accuracy, key in DO, assist in admin task
• Manage online product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
