E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We're seeking a talented E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at Skin Medic Cheras'. In this full-time position based in Maluri, Kuala Lumpur, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online retail business. As an E-Commerce Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising our e-commerce platform, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage daily operations of Shopee & Lazada stores
2. Upload and maintain product listings
3. Monitor orders, stock, pricing & promotions
4. Reply customer enquiries via Shopee/Lazada chat
5. Participate in platform campaigns (9.9, 10.10, etc.)
6. Handle refunds, returns and customer issues
7. Prepare simple sales and stock reports
