Job Description
Manage (Planning and Execute) online e-commerce campaigns in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting on various online marketplace. (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and ).
E-commerce seller center management on product listing, pricing, promotion, photos, and inventory.
Maintain good relationship with stakeholders include EC platform Key Account Manager from various online marketplace.
Manage and monitor the sales & stock status of e-commerce channels to ensure the smooth running of stock delivery, order capture & billing, and customer inquiries.
Work closely with logistic, warehouse and merchandising team to ensure smooth e-commerce operation including order fulfilment and logistic arrangement.
