E-commerce Executive

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive for one of our brands powered by art and heritage. The job duties include planning and executing online marketplace campaigns, generating online sales reports, and handling all aspects of e-commerce related operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage (Planning and Execute) online e-commerce campaigns in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting on various online marketplace. (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and brand.com).
• E-commerce seller center management on product listing, pricing, promotion, photos, and inventory.
• Maintain good relationship with stakeholders include EC platform Key Account Manager from various online marketplace.
• Manage and monitor the sales & stock status of e-commerce channels to ensure the smooth running of stock delivery, order capture & billing, and customer inquiries.
