Job Description

• Manage (Planning and Execute) online e-commerce campaigns in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting on various online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and brand.com).
• E-commerce seller center management on product listing, pricing, promotion, photos, and inventory.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders including EC platform Key Account Managers from various online marketplaces.
• Manage and monitor the sales & stock status of e-commerce channels to ensure smooth stock delivery, order capture & billing, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse and merchandising teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operation including order fulfilment and logistic arrangement.
• Liaise with graphic designer to conceptualize product content and campaign web banners.
