- Manage company website and E-Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, LINE Shopping, Central Online) - Handle product listings, pricing updates, stock management, and product details - Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and related operations
- Respond to customer inquiries through all online channels
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior, and prepare reports
- Develop and improve E-Commerce channels and digital marketing strategies - Support and execute marketing plans
- Prepare related documents and administrative tasks
- Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 1 years of experience in E-Commerce, E-Marketplace, or Digital Marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, LINE Shopping, or Central Online
