E-Commerce Assistant

The E-Commerce Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the E-Commerce Supervisor in maintaining and growing the digital presence of BENCH/ and Secret Fresh. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of store setups, stock monitoring, product listings, and routine data gathering to ensure seamless online store operations and a premium customer experience.

Job Role

• Product Listing & Maintenance: Execute timely and accurate product uploads, updates, and digital merchandising across Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels regularly, coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishments, and ensure online inventory matches actual physical stock to avoid cancellations.
