**RESPONSIBILITIES**



We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to drive digital growth for our luxury beauty brands in Japan's sophisticated e-commerce market. You will be supporting the E-commerce Manager in executing omni-channel strategies across major platforms while bridging global brand expertise with local market insights.



Your main focus:



**E-commerce Operations**



+ Manage multi-platform operations (ZOZO, Department EC sites, Beauty Platforms)

+ Execute product launches and coordinate localized content for Japanese consumers

+ Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and retailer relationship management



**Cross-functional Collaboration**
