E-Commerce Admin

We are looking for an E-Commerce Admin / TikTok Affiliate Executive to manage 3 TikTok Seller Center accounts, handle TikTok Shop & Shopee, and focus on Affiliate Recruitment using Kaloboost to drive sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor 3 TikTok Seller Center stores
• Invite and recruit affiliates using Kaloboost (daily outreach & follow-up)
• Handle TikTok Shop & Shopee (product listing, pricing, stock, promotions)
• Monitor orders, shipping, and after-sales support
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Track affiliate performance and sales reports, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, content, and promotion planning

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop / Shopee / e-commerce
• Familiar with affiliate marketing (inviting creators/affiliates)
