Dynamics F&O Practice Lead (Director Consulting Delivery)

Position Description:

As a Service Delivery Director and Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Practice Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and delivering services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O within CGI. You will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the practice, the operational management of teams, the oversight of ongoing deliveries, and client satisfaction.

Practice Leadership & Management

• Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Dynamics F&O practice in alignment with CGI’s business objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and lead practice talent (functional consultants, technical experts, and architects).
• Ensure continuous skill development and certification of team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the practice.
