• Handling client requests regarding production and supply processes of goods and components, as well as customer order placement (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and modeling.
• Analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of commercial organizations.
• Ensuring data accuracy. Performing data quality checks to meet standards.
• Collaborating closely with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications, system requirements, and business needs.
• Coordinating with other departments to implement changes.

• English: fluent spoken and written.
• Spanish: fluent spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus.
