My Glasgow-based FMCG client is looking for a hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to take ownership of a critical CRM platform powering key business operations.

This isn’t an architecture or “ivory tower” role. It’s for someone who thrives on building, fixing, optimising and owning —someone who understands how data truly flows across systems and wants to make things work better every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Enhancing and supporting a live, business-critical Dynamics 365 / Dataverse environment
• Developing plugins, custom APIs, integrations and model-driven apps
• Owning end-to-end data flows – from upstream ingestion through to downstream platforms
• Diagnosing and resolving real-world issues across CRM, integrations and data pipelines
• Improving reliability, performance and maintainability across the platform
