Dyeing Master

• Oversee and optimize the entire dyeing process to ensure consistent color accuracy, fabric quality, and production efficiency.
• Manage and troubleshoot dyeing machinery and equipment (reactive, jet, exhaust dyeing machines) to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Develop and implement dyeing recipes and color‑matching formulas, taking into account fabric type, dye classes, and desired shades to achieve required color fastness.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of the dyeing process, including color assessment, shade matching, and fabric inspection to identify and rectify defects.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Textile Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
