Role Purpose

• Responsible for supervising and controlling the whole Dyeing & Finishing production process.
• Operator activities
• Stock WIP availability
• Production continuity
• Ensure that production quality, quantity and performance are met company objectives and comply with Standard Operation Procedure.
  

Main Duties

1. To supervise Dyeing & Finishing operations and processes of bulk production through the effective management and coordination of each function within Dyeing & Finishing process flow.

• Ensure optimum order availability for each dyeing machine and maintain minimum WIP (work in process) stock.
• Manage Dyeing & Finishing workers to produce efficiently within shade tolerance and within service lead times.
