DV Technical Lead

Role : Technical Lead
Location : Basingstoke , full time onsite
Clearance level: DV required

Key Responsibilities

-Take full ownership of allocated work packages and drive them through design, build, test, and release into live service.

-Provide strong technical leadership across Wintel-based and multi-platform environments.

-Navigate and resolve obstacles including technical blockers, organisational bureaucracy, and interpersonal challenges.

-Assess technical information from engineers, ensuring accuracy and calling out inconsistencies or blockers early.

-Coordinate with engineering, architecture, test, change, and operations teams to maintain momentum and deliver on time.

-Ensure that technical decisions are aligned with programme goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.

-Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate appropriately when required.
