Job Title: Duty Security Manager

Responsible to: Security Operations Manager

Role Overview: To maintain the security and life safety of the clients staff, assets and reputation by day to day management of all rostered security supervisors/officers.

Salary: £18.74 Per Hour

Hours: 07:00 / 19:00 7 on 3 off 7 on 4 off shift rotation. 12 hour shifts including days, nights, Weekends.
Responsibilities:
Provide initial security management response to any/all accidental or incidental situations which may occur on the DB estate.

Direct management of all rostered security officers and supervisors on the DB estate including the maintenance of basic discipline.

Day to day management of all security staff onsite, with the exception of the SOC/SCR.
