The Duty Manager, National Arboretum Canberra and UC Stromlo Forest Park, is the senior point of contact for managing visitor centre staff, rostered volunteers, more complex visitor needs, immediate maintenance issues and in the case of an emergency, organises the initial response.

The successful candidate will have excellent judgement and be calm, kind, and capable.

This part-time role is for 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday and Sundays) plus all public holidays.

You will directly supervise staff and collaborate with the wider team to keep across all relevant activities at the Arboretum and UC Stromlo, to ensure we provide high-quality visitor experiences, while maintaining the safety and presentation of these amazing outdoor spaces, architectural buildings and the Living Collections (our forests...
