We’re looking for a confident and people-first Duty Manager - Overnights to help lead the daily rhythm of the hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, leads with calm energy, and knows how to turn service into something memorable.

You’ll be the face of the hotel during your shift — supporting teams across Front Office, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience while ensuring every guest interaction feels warm, seamless and distinctly Andaz Gold Coast.
