Duty Manager

Dromoland Castle Resort, one of Ireland's prestigious five-star hotels, is currently recruiting an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As Duty Manager, you will lead and manage the team to ensure the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and effectively at all times, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence while optimising revenue opportunities. This is a challenging and dynamic role that involves supporting various departments throughout the hotel. This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team. The role encompasses all, aspects of the food and beverage function and will especially suit someone who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
