Duty Manager, Network Control Group (Bogotá)

We are currently in search of a Duty Manager , who is responsible for ensuring that daily operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily aircraft loading and unloading operations, material handling, and coordination of aircraft movements in accordance with the established schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact in the event of any operational contingency or incident.
• Support the NCG Controllers team in decision-making when necessary.
• Facilitate daily communication and coordination among different teams and departments to ensure processes are executed effectively and maintain a high level of compliance with scheduled itineraries.
