Duty Manager

Wallis Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Duty Mnager to join our team at our entertainment complex in Mount Barker, SA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation in multiple areas of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional manner

2. Overseeing the smooth operation of all dinning, bar & gaming room areas

3. A valid Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) & Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificates are required before commencing employment

4. Supervising POS transactions, handling cash and maintaining accurate records of transactions

5. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries and requests

6. Assisting with general operational duties as required
