The Baileys Hotel London currently seeking a passionate Duty Manager. who can deliver our unique guest experience, from their arrival, through their guest journey to their departure; delivering excellent guest service will underpin everything you do while working in a collaborative and supportive way with other hotel areas.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ideally experience in a similar position within a 4/5 star environment.
• Current experience within a hotel or similar environment.
• Experience of using Opera Cloud system is highly desired.
