+ Acting as the senior manager on duty, overseeing overall hotel operations during assigned shifts.
+ Ensuring exceptional guest experience by proactively handling guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery.
+ Managing VIP arrivals, special guests, and high-profile accounts with professionalism and discretion.
+ Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security teams.
