Duty Engineer

Seda Manila Bay is looking for a Duty Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with hands‑on experience in hotel, facilities, or building maintenance. You’ll oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all mechanical systems throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering operations and maintenance work during assigned shifts
• Manage the upkeep, performance, and safety of all mechanical systems and hotel facilities
• Support the execution of preventive maintenance programs and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with other departments to address technical concerns and facility-related issues
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and team members
• Keep accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, shift activities, and inventory
