Dutch Travel Support Agent

We're partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative for an exciting project within the travel and car-rental sector in Greece.

In this role, you will support international customers and accommodation partners, ensuring smooth reservations, accurate information, and a seamless service experience from start to finish.

• Manage all incoming contacts from clients with professionalism and accuracy.
• Continuously develop your product knowledge to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accommodation partners, handling questions about room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet usage.
• Use the appropriate tools and processes to ensure the delivery of accurate and complete information.
• Maintain excellent service levels and ensure a consistently positive experience for partners.
