Tasks: - Making contact with customers in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Netherlands to confirm and schedule equipment collections;
- Providing telephone support and answering questions in a clear and empathetic manner. Schedule: Fixed full time hours between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday Requisitos: - Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
