Dutch Customer Service Representative | Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in the insurance industry.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language: Dutch (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts between 07:30–20:00)
Days Off: Weekends
Salary: €1,100/month x 14 salaries
Performance Bonus: €100/month (12 months)
Attendance Bonus: €100/month (11 months)

Requirements:
Fluent Dutch and good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
