About the JobJoin Global Paving LLC as an OTR Dump Truck Driver, supporting paving crews and construction job sites across the lower 48 states. This is a travel-heavy role where we cover your flights and provide hotels while you're working on projects. You'll be operating a newer fleet of automatic Kenworth trucks (2024–2026 models) hauling asphalt, gravel, and construction materials. 

We offer a consistent project-based schedule with most weekends off and flexible home time. You'll work directly with our onboarding lead, Jesse Mintyala, to get started with a team that values safe, reliable, and hard-working drivers. Small dogs are welcome to join you on the road!
