This role sits at the core of our analytical process, responsible for stress-testing deal narratives, verifying financial representations, and assessing legal, regulatory, and counterparty risk across active GCC private market mandates.

You will work with our legal AI agent, compliance data layer, and internal research team to produce the diligence section of every major conviction report. Clients include family offices, sovereign vehicles, and private banking institutions operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC.
