Holtec International seeks qualified applicants in its Deterministic Safety Analysis (DSA) discipline. The Nuclear Safety Analyst II joins a multidisciplinary team of engineers engaged in designing Holtec’s flagship nuclear reactor SMR-300, managed by SMR, LLC, a subsidiary of Holtec International. Holtec International is a global turnkey supplier of equipment and systems for nuclear, solar, geothermal, and fossil power generation sectors of the energy industry.

The Nuclear Safety Analyst II will be responsible for developing methods and performing analyses to demonstrate that the SMR-300 satisfies its safety and licensing requirements. These analyses include evaluations of the reactor core, reactor coolant system, engineered safety features, containment, and radiological releases associated with anticipated operational occurrences (AOOs) and design basis accidents (DBAs).
