You are motivated by opening doors, asking the right questions, and helping recruitment agencies improve how they manage candidates, clients, and placements. You like taking a consultative approach to sales and are curious about recruitment technology and the challenges agencies face in a competitive market.

Day-to-day, you will

• Find new business and cross‑sell opportunities for CRM solutions across our recruitment software portfolio.
• Manage your own pipeline in our CRM system, keeping activity focused and cost of sale low.
• Build strong internal and external networks within the recruitment sector to increase reach and generate new conversations...
