Drug Alcohol Technician / HR Rep

**Pay Rate: 19.30/ Hourly | Full- Time | Mon- Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm (On call Rotating Schedule for After-hours & Weekends)**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will work a dual role which will function as both a Drug & Alcohol Technician and a HR Representative. You will administer drug/alcohol screening in the field and office and coordination of the human resource activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and provide responsive, and service while carrying out different human resource agendas. You will report to the HR Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
+ You will administer drug and alcohol screenings for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-responsibilities, follow-up and any other screens as specified.
+ Make schedules for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, follow-up, return-to-tasks drug and alcohol screens.
+ Notify appropriate authority upon receiving a pending drug screen from an associate.
