Driving Position

Cheviot Area School is looking for a Part‑time, Fixed Term Driver to join our team.

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious Driver to support transport for students and staff attending off‑site programmes, courses, and school activities.

This is a part-time , fixed-term position, ideal for someone who is community-minded, well organised, and enjoys working with young people.

The role involves approximately 16-20 hours per week across 2 days, with the potential for additional hours based on the needs of the school. This position may be offered as a job-share arrangement.

We are open to flexible arrangements, including splitting the role into two positions or sharing it between multiple applicants, depending on suitability.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport students and staff to approved programmes, events, and activities according to the daily travel schedule.
