Starting Salary

• £31,850 (realistic OTE: £38,000)

Role Overview

As a Driver’s Mate for TPA, you will work closely with the driver as part of a two‑man team, delivering, installing and collecting portable roadways in a variety of settings across the UK. Full training and a clear pathway to becoming a Class 1 Driver are provided. This role requires a full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Enjoy being on the road and working outside in all weathers.
• Use the lorry loader crane to install and recover our unique temporary roadway products.
• Provide customers with familiarisation of equipment.
• Carry out weekly vehicle, trailer and crane cleaning procedures.
• Read maps and plan routes in discussion with the driver.
• Ensure paperwork is accurately completed.
• Identify and record damaged stock correctly with the driver.
