The Arc of Ocean County is seeking dependable and safety-focused Drivers to provide transportation for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities traveling to and from agency programs throughout Ocean County. As a Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring individuals arrive safely, comfortably, and on time while creating a positive experience during every trip.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, values customer service, and is committed to making a meaningful difference within their community.
Position Details

+ Location: Ocean County, NJ

+ Employment Type: Part-Time

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday

+ Morning Route: Approximately 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

+ Afternoon Route: Approximately 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

+ Approximately 20 hours per week

+ Hours vary based on completion of assigned transportation routes
