Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Reporting to: Fleet Compliance Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Driver Trainer to support driver safety, compliance and professional development across our UK operations.

This is a key role within the fleet compliance team, responsible for assessing driver standards, delivering structured training, supporting regulatory compliance and helping to improve driver behaviour across the Group.

As a Driver Trainer , you will work closely with drivers, transport operations and fleet compliance colleagues to make sure our drivers are safe, competent, confident and operating in line with statutory, operational and company requirements.

You will play an important role in driver assessment, Driver CPC delivery, incident review, driver development planning and continuous improvement across fleet safety and compliance.
