Job Description
Delivers orders to customers, represents the company to customers during deliveries and promotes quality of service.Deliver goods to customers according to assigned routes and schedules. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required service level agreements (SLAs). Load, unload, and handle shipments carefully to prevent damage. Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery (POD). Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues. Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Communicate delivery status, delays, or exceptions to the operations team promptly. Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld devices Handle customer inquiries professionally Assist with return collections, failed deliveries, and reverse logistics when required.
