Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound cold calling in a fast-paced, call center environment to generate driver interest and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates
Manage inbound inquiries to efficiently convert leads into active candidates
Consistently follow up with leads through calls, text (SMS), and email to sustain engagement
Work daily call queues and dialing systems to meet defined activity and conversion goals
Source and engage leads from internal databases, internet resources, and targeted recruiting campaigns
Evaluate and pre-qualify driver candidates based on J.B. Hunt and DOT requirements
Clearly communicate compensation, benefits, and available opportunities to prospective drivers
Guide candidates through the application and pre-qualification process, creating a smooth and timely experience
