Introduction Picup, our system integration partner that specialises in last-mile delivery and online management software seeks a Driver Recruiter: Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for drivers, including job postings, candidate sourcing and vetting
Proactively source candidates through various channels such as social media, our elastic network and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to fill current and future driver requirements
Collaborate with in-field supervisors, zone planners, and operation teams to understand specific driver needs based on client requirements, upcoming initiatives, and seasonal demands.
Assess and screen candidates’ prior delivery experience, skills, and suitability to ensure they meet the company’s standards.
