Driver Operation Associate (Onboarding)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Onboarding Associate to support the growth of our driver partner network. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding and supporting freelance driver partners through outbound outreach, operational coordination, and frontline support. You will work closely with both full-time and part-time team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for drivers, while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations and walk-in driver enquiries when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both operational and customer-facing responsibilities. What You'll Do
Participate in a rotating schedule for occasional weekend and Public Holiday document verification duties to support operational continuity. These duties are typically completed remotely and take approximately 1 hour per assigned shift. Time off will be provided accordingly....
