Driver

Joining our team at New Forest Community Link as a Driver, you'll work a split shift from 8:15am - 10:00am and 3:00pm - 16:45pm Monday to Friday, safely transporting passengers between different locations, using our minibus.

What you’ll do

• Play a key role in enabling the people who use our services to access a variety of personalised and meaningful activities.
• Provide a warm welcome and friendly face to passengers.
• Ensure passengers have a comfortable and safe journey at all times.
• Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
• Demonstrate core values of patience, compassion and empathy, even in challenging situations.
• A current full driver’s licence with a Category D1 code (or equivalent). You’ll undertake MIDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) training once in the role, if you haven't already completed this.
