**Job Title: Driver Check-In Coordinator**
**Job Description**
This role coordinates all driver check-in activities at a warehouse facility, ensuring efficient communication between drivers, the warehouse team, and clients. You will manage incoming calls, provide clear instructions to drivers, update internal systems, and support scheduling and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Check in drivers throughout the day at the warehouse and ensure they receive clear instructions on procedures and expectations.
+ Answer incoming calls from drivers and provide detailed directions to the facility, including where to park and how to access the site.
+ Assign and communicate dock bays and loading or unloading instructions to drivers in a timely and professional manner.
