JOB DESCRIPTION – DRIVER ACQUISITION & FLEET PARTNER SPECIALIST

We are looking for a motivated and people-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in growing our driver community. In this role, you will be the face of our company to independent TVDE drivers, responsible for attracting, converting, and onboarding them as vehicle rental partners — not as employees, but as self-employed professionals who choose us as their trusted fleet provider.

This is primarily a commercial and relationship role: you will pitch our rental offer, build trust with prospective drivers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets them up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
