The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily drilling operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of well programs. The successful candidate will provide leadership to field personnel and contractors while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all drilling operations at the rig site

Ensure operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Coordinate activities between drilling contractors and third-party service providers

Monitor performance, costs, and daily progress against the drilling program

Review and approve daily drilling reports

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies

Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example in the field

Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
