Driller

Driller required on contract bases for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operates the rig equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve targets.
• Ensures that the equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
• Performs additional drilling related well operations and any other special operations.
• Completes IADC drilling report, drilling logs, well control data sheets and other required records.
• Performs calculations such as maximum allowable shut-in, casing burst pressure, mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, hydrostatic pressure, volume, maximum allowable mud weight and ton miles.
• Demonstrates knowledge of well control procedures and interprets and responds to downhole conditions.
• Locates information and data in cement tables, hydraulics books, drilling manuals, etc.
• Finds information on equipment in such sources as composite catalogue, manufacture operating manua...
