Become a vital part of our Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) team, where your skills will help drive the performance of our underground mining fleet at Northparkes. Operating 24/7, our MEM team ensures every piece of equipment is maintained to a fit-for-purpose standard—safe, reliable, and ready to support production. Your work will directly influence safety outcomes, operational costs, and tonnes mined, making this a high-impact role within our mining operations.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across our heavy mobile fleet. You’ll use our site work management systems to accurately record repairs, materials, and defects, while collaborating with Team Leaders and Planners to keep maintenance schedules up to date. You’ll conduct quarterly and heavy vehicle inspections, maintain exceptional housekeeping standards, and uphold Evolution’s safety principles. This is a hands-on opportunity to contrib...
