Core Responsibilities
- Plant and Equipment Design
- Develop complete plant layouts based on process requirements and client input.
- Perform concept and detailed design of mechanical equipment and plant systems.
- Model large mechanical assemblies in 3D CAD.
- Produce General Arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Manufacturing Drawings
- Generate manufacturing drawings and DXF files for CNC cutting.
- Prepare assembly drawings and exploded views.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and practical for fabrication.
- Product Development
- Assist with development of standard plant equipment and product designs.
- Compile procurement lists, supplier information, and supporting documentation.
- Engineering & Workshop Support
- Provide technical support to workshop and installation teams.
- Assist with resolving engineering or fabrication problems.
