Job Description & Requirements M&E Drafting and Estimated / Quantity take off for M&E project. Control and monitor Quality systems and procedures of the projects assign Procure local materials as per Bill of Materials Document all key activities in accordance with contract conditions and to Company's procedures Submit quotations and obtain approval , payment claim for clients , main contract , variation orders in accordance with the contract conditions Administer contract requirements for all project assigned and others duties as assigned from time to time Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Drafting (M&E Preferred) with strong drive and ambition to specialise in CAD or BIM drafting Good command of English in both written and spoken Good knowledge and skill in drafting (Autocad) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good interpersonal communication skill with analytical mindset and problem solving skill Hardworking , ability to multi-task and work well with others, ...
