Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative. This position will deliver and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests. 
**This position is be based out of Chandler and supports customers in the East Valley.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 hours shifts
Organize schedule and maintain daily route
Perform installations in new and existing accounts
Deliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep/Team Leader.
Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.
Assists on installations as needed.
